Marin Wedding Photography :: Gina and Bryan :: Lake Stafford

Gina and Bryan recently wed above the hills of Novato in a simple ceremony where the words shone.   Their vows, so incredibly crafted with thought and care, were the highlight of the day for me.   Other spectacular components of the wedding included witnessing her mom pause to see her 30-year old dress on her daughter, the first look, and a very energetic softball game amongst the many.   Do enjoy a handful of the many shots I delivered.

suzanne - Luke,
I have only seen the pics on your blog so far and can’t wait to see the rest of the pics on the discs. Your pictures are truely inspired. They are not just pictures they are art. You managed to capture not only the beauty of the day but the emotions of everyone. Your excitement and enthusiam helped make this day the awesome day it was. We were lucky to find you. Thank you

Image gratitude.

Almost halfway through the wedding season, I’ve delivered six important sets of photos.    Here are the first few sentences of each of the six emails I’ve received from my 2010 couples so far:

Luke,
We received the disks and we LOVE the images! We have been watching the DVDs as a slideshow on our TV. Over and over. There are so many beautiful photos that I was dumbstruck on the first viewing.
Claire and Ron

Luke,
The pictures have arrived, and WOW.  They are amazing.  We don’t even know where to start!  We are having so much fun going through them all, and won’t know which ones to choose for the albums.  You did an unbelievable job, and we are so grateful.  You caught such beautiful moments, and we are thrilled with the results.  Thank you so much!
Adrienne and Corey

Luke,
We got our pictures and absolutely love them!  We have been working on selecting pictures for the album, but it’s been a slow process.  As soon as we’re done, we’ll be sure to let you know our selections.
Thanks for doing such a great job capturing our special day!

Luke,
We just watched the CD of our wedding and I can’t express how happy we are. They are absolutely amazing and captured the essence of our evening so well. Things I couldn’t quite remember due to the excitement come flooding back to me and we can take those memories home to Ireland and France and share with our good friends who were there with us thanks to you. You are an absolutely amazing artist. I just can’t get over those pictures. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

St. Helena Wedding Photography :: V. Sattui Winery :: Angela and Josh

When these long time high school sweethearts called me about getting married on the longest day of the year, I knew something special was up.  When they told me it was at the luscious V. Sattui winery, I jumped at the chance, as it would have been my second time at a place that has so many delicious lines and backdrops.    Do let me know what you think!

Mendocino Wedding Photography :: The Apple Farm Wedding :: Claire and Ron

Claire and Ron recently gathered their loved ones for a wedding in a sweet little corner of the planet called Philo, California.  This wedding was packed full of splendid, starting with a ceremony in an apple orchard, atop a bed of fresh cut lavender, and ending with a very local, organic meal put on by this spectacular venue.   Thoughtfully planned with the following talented vendors, this wedding had a perfect balance of flair, fun and comfort for a spectacular party.     Along with the meal, the entertainment was exceptional!  Three cheers to vendors like these!

Jason Tinacci - Luke,
Amazing shots! You have an awesome sense of timing. A couple of faves of mine are the boy running after the little girl – clip-on tie in hand and the girl doing the splits. Cool stuff… as always.
